The Asian company ZTE is ready to make its mark in the high-end of mobile telephony. After making the ZTE Nubia Z9 official, on this occasion it has been known that ZTE already has another new high-end smartphone ready to join the Nubia family. We are talking about a mobile that responds to the name of ZTE Nubia X8, and although it is not official yet, different leaks have allowed us to know both its technical specifications and its appearance. It is expected that its arrival on the market will take place this year, although we do not know if it will also be available in European stores.
Starting with its appearance, the first thing that catches the attention of the ZTE Nubia X8 is that it incorporates a fingerprint scanner located on the rear (below the main camera). The housing appears to be of metal, and its dimensions are set in 162 í- 75 í- 7.9 mm, with no discrete weight reaches 201 grams (later understand why). On the front of the Nubia X8 we can see that both the side edges and the upper edge have a minimum thickness, while the lower edge has a somewhat more significant thickness since it houses the Home button (with the classic red circular design that characterizes the mobiles of the rangeNubia).
But what really draws the attention of the ZTE Nubia X8 are the technical specifications that rumors associate with this mobile. The screen may have a size of six inches with a resolution would reach 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The processor is not yet known, but it is mentioned that the memory RAM would be 4 Gigabytes (LPDDR3), while the internal storage space would be available in both 32 and 64 gigabytes (expandable via card microSD of 64 gigabytes). The operating system would correspond to one of the most recent versions of Android, and the feature that would increase the weight of the terminal so much would be the battery, which is said to have a capacity of 5,120 mAh.
Certainly a true flagship whose launch in European stores is difficult to imagine. For now, the first references to this ZTE Nubia X8 appeared in an e-commerce store of Chinese origin, and we have no choice but to wait until its official presentation to find out if Europe falls within the distribution plans. Talking about prices is also hasty, although we remember that the ZTE Nubia Z9 has been presented with starting prices that range between 500 and 700 euros depending on the version; Looking at the characteristics of the Nubia X8, the price that we can expect will not be far from these figures.
