The Chinese company ZTE has just starred in a new leak in which we can appreciate the appearance of one of its next smartphones expected to hit stores during this year 2014. Apparently, what we are seeing is a terminal that responds to the name of ZTE Grand S EXT. As can be seen in the images, it is a smartphone that incorporates a curved design on the back of the case.
At the moment, the exact technical specifications of the ZTE Grand S EXT have not been released. The only reference we have to get an idea of what we will find in this mobile is the ZTE Grand S II, one of the latest smartphones that ZTE has launched on the market. Recall that this terminal incorporates a screen with a size of 5.5 inches and a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Inside mobile have a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 with four cores running at a clock speed of 2.3 GHz in the company of a memory RAMwith a capacity of 2 GigaBytes. The internal storage capacity is 16 GigaBytes, expandable through a microSD card up to 32 GigaBytes. In the multimedia aspect we have a camera with a sensor of 13 megapixels. The operating system installed as standard is Android in its version of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Last but not least, we must highlight the 3,000 milliamp capacity of the battery. And these are the specifications of the mobile that is already on the market, so the ZTE Grand S EXT will incorporate even more advanced features.
The two images that have appeared in this leak show us the curved look of the rear case of the new ZTE Grand S EXT. It is a design that is not as daring as, for example, that of the LG G Flex, but it is quite novel considering that the large mobile phone manufacturers have us used to noticeably flatter cases.
From the little that can be seen in the photographs, we can deduce that on the front of the ZTE Grand S EXT we will find a screen in which we will have three touch buttons at the bottom of it. These three buttons correspond to the basic options that can be found on any mobile with the Android operating system: go back, go to the start menu and open the additional settings menu. On the sides of the phone, specifically on the right side, we have two buttons that will help us to lock / unlock the screen and to raise or lower the volume, respectively.
We will have to wait a few weeks to know the presentation date of this new smartphone from ZTE. Taking into account that the previous mobile in this range was presented at the beginning of this year, it is most likely that we will have to wait at least until mid-2014 to attend the launch of the new ZTE Grand S EXT.
