Just a week ago a device called ZTE Z982 appeared on GFXBench. Today, this device has been officially announced as the ZTE Blade Z Max. A mobile that looks like an updated version of the ZTE Blade X Max and that offers a 6-inch screen. It also has a Snapdragon chip, 2 GB of RAM and a dual camera system. But best of all, everything it offers is priced at just over 100 euros. Let's review its characteristics.
The new ZTE Blade Z Max is a phablet that has a 6 - inch screen with full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. With this size and resolution we have a density of 367 dpi. For your protection, this time the Chinese manufacturer has opted for 2.5D Dragontrail glass.
In terms of appearance, the design is very similar to other ZTEs. The front part has the typical circular button of the terminals of the brand. On the other hand, the back case appears to be plastic, with a rough finish. The full dimensions of the ZTE Blade Z Max are 166.1 x 84.5 x 8.3 millimeters, with a weight of 175 grams.
Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. It is a 1.4 GHz eight-core chip that comes with 2 GB of RAM. It also includes 32 GB of internal storage, which we can expand using a microSD card of up to 128 GB.
As for the photographic section at the back we have a system that includes a dual camera sensor of 16 megapixels and a 2 - megapixel sensor. This combination allows you to take photos with a bokeh effect.
For selfies it includes an 8 megapixel sensor. And at the software level we have some features such as Time-Lapse, Panoramic mode and manual shooting mode.
Despite its low price, the ZTE Blade Z Max has a fingerprint sensor and a 4,080 milliamp battery. To charge the battery we have a USB-C port with Quick Charge 2.0 system.
In terms of connectivity, the ZTE Blade Z Max includes a 3.5-millimeter port, Bluetooth 4.2 and 802.11n Wi-Fi. The chosen operating system is Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The ZTE Blade Z Max will be launched on August 26 in the United States with a price of just over 100 euros to change. At the moment we do not know if the terminal will arrive in Europe or will be exclusive for the North American market.
