Yoigo has announced its economic results for the third quarter of 2015, reporting a growth in sales of 5% to 854 million euros. Subsidiary Teliasonera has taken the presentation of its results to confirm also extended another month's hiring rate SinFin . All clients who have not yet contracted it, will be able to benefit from it until next February 29 (available for new registrations and portability).
During the presentation of its financial results, Yoigo confirmed that SinFín, one of the main players in the mobile telephony market in 2015, will be operational until the last day of next month. This rate stands out for offering 20GB of data for 4G browsing and unlimited calls for only 29 euros per month. In addition, the client can obtain a 20 percent discount when hiring it through the web, obtaining a price of 23 euros for six months, both for new registrations and for portability.
The first Yoigo launched to the market the SinFin was last March. He did it on a promotional basis. The tariff was no longer available six months later, on September 3, and was replaced by one with the same name, although limited to 8GB. On the occasion of Christmas, Yoigo made it available to new customers again, in principle only until January 31. Now, the operator has communicated that it will remain active for almost another month and will disappear from its promotions on February 29, we assume that with the intention of returning in the future.
It is clear that the strategies that the company has followed have been benefiting them. The proof is that his latest financial results have been very positive. It can be said that Yoigo has made money for the first time in its history. Its sales have increased by 5 percent, reaching revenues of 854 million euros, which has increased its profitability by 12%, to 77 million euros. The Sinfín has a good “fault” for this , which has allowed it to increase the number of new contracts by 92,000, which already represents 67% of its customer base, compared to 61% a year ago.
For its part, Yoigo ended 2015 with practically non-existent net debt, which will allow it to face new investments to continue growing in the market. On this, the company has informed that it will focus its strategy on the mobile data business, which has more and more subscribers. Yoigo also took the opportunity to reveal that it has concluded its commitment to invest in 4G, with an injection of 1,761 million euros. Now its intention is to carry out a massive deployment throughout this year to increase traffic on its own network. Likewise, the operator plans to reach more than 4,700 nodes before the end of this first quarter.
