During this year's IFA in Berlin, LG launched a curious version of the LG G8 that included a secondary screen as an alternative interaction method. We refer to the LG G8X ThinQ, a device that roughly renews some of the aspects that have characterized its base model. Design is one of these aspects. Also the fingerprint sensor, which now happens to be under the screen, and the appearance of its back. Now the company officially brings the terminal to Spain.

LG G8X ThinQ: not a Nintendo DS but almost
LG has finally brought its flagship terminal to Spain with a complementary screen called Smart Dual Screen. Its characteristics, in fact, are the same as the main screen: 6.4 inches with OLED technology, Full HD + resolution and 19.5: 9 format.
The screen functions, as announced by LG, are intended to be taken advantage of by Android multitasking. Of course, the secondary screen has touch functionality, which allows you to further expand the range of use. The entire body, in any case, has IP68 protection against water and dust and MIL-STD 810G military resistance.
Under all this set we find a Snapdragon 855 processor and 6 GB of RAM along with 128 GB of storage. Two 12 and 13 megapixel cameras, together with a 136º wide angle lens and a 32 megapixel front camera is what makes up the photographic section of the phone.
Otherwise, the terminal comes loaded with a 4,000 mAh battery compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging and wireless charging. Compatible with dual band WiFi networks, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and FM radio, it has a speaker with Boombox technology and four 32-bit DACs to improve sound.
Price and availability of the LG G8X ThinQ
The single price at which LG has presented its dual-screen phone is 950 euros. Unfortunately there is no version without the Smart Dual Screen.
It will be available from today on El Corte Inglés, MediaMarkt and the official LG website.
