A few weeks ago, the Japanese company Sony confirmed the arrival of the Android 4.4 update for three of its main mobile phones in the Xperia range: Sony Xperia Z, Sony Xperia ZL and Sony Xperia ZR. On this occasion, we have learned that the update corresponding to the Sony Xperia ZR has just passed the certification that is required to reach all users. This update, corresponding to version 10.5.A.0.230, brings with it the latest version of the Android operating system: Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
This means that the update is ready to be launched, and now everything depends on Sony so that users receive this new file sooner or later on their mobiles. The news that this new update will bring with it will mean an important visual change in the terminal interface, since currently the Sony Xperia ZR works under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, so the first thing users will find will be a new and renewed notification center.
Regarding the operation of the mobile, these types of updates are usually aimed at slightly improving both the fluidity of the terminal and the autonomy of the battery.
