Now that the vast majority of top-of-the-range models from the first part of the year have been presented, it is the turn of the most basic models. Models like the Huawei Y5 2019, whose characteristics have been leaked online. Apparently, the device will have a 5.71-inch screen, Helio A22 processor and a 13-megapixel main camera. All in a teardrop notched design.
Only a few days ago we knew about this new Huawei terminal. An image of a mobile phone that was baptized as Huawei Y5 2019 appeared on the network. It is a very simple mobile that, presumably, will have a fairly low cost. Already in this first leak we knew some data of the device.
For example, we learned that the terminal will have the MediaTek MT6761 processor, or what is the same Helio A22. It is a chip with four cores that operate at 2 GHz. This is combined with 2 GB of RAM and, we assume, various storage configurations.
We already know the size of the screen and the resolution of the camera
Today we have new data on the new Huawei Y5 2019. Apparently, it will have a 5.71-inch screen with a resolution of 1,520 x 720 pixels. As we said, the screen will have a notch in the shape of a drop, so the aspect ratio will be 19: 9.

We also know that the Huawei Y5 2019 will have a main camera with a 13 megapixel sensor. It seems that the device will not have a fingerprint reader, but it will have facial recognition.
In addition, for the first time we have been able to see the back of the mobile. Looks like it will be finished in faux or faux leather. Finally, it seems that the terminal will arrive with EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.
At the moment it is all we know about the Huawei Y5 2019. We would still need to know important data, such as the battery capacity, the resolution of the front camera and the storage from which the device starts. At the moment we do not know when it will be officially presented and neither what price it will have. But, due to its characteristics, we imagine that it will be very economical.
