Since the separation of the Redmi brand from Xiaomi, there have been several launches of the company with the aforementioned sub-brand. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a good example of this. Now, thanks to the leak of what seems to be the official dessert of the event, we know that another mobile from the company will arrive throughout the next month of February. We refer to the Xiaomi Redmi X, a mid-range / high-end mobile that according to the latest rumors could be above the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro, the highest-end mobile of the Redmi series.
The Xiaomi Redmi X will arrive in February with characteristics very similar to those of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro
So we have been able to find out thanks to the filtered image that we can see just below this paragraph. The terminal in question will arrive in mid-February; specifically on February 15. In recent weeks we have seen several rumors related to the presentation of a new Xiaomi mobile, and it seems that finally it will be the Redmi X that will arrive.
As for the specifications of the terminal, little or nothing is known to date. The only thing we know is that it will have a performance similar to that of other high-end mobile phones of the brand, being based on a Snapdragon 855 processor, and a fingerprint sensor under the screen. It is also likely to have a camera similar to that of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro in the mid / high range, with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor (the same as the Honor View 20 presented last week) and another with inferior characteristics.
For the rest, 4,000 mAh battery, fast charging via USB Type C, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage, frameless design made of glass and a screen around 6.4 inches with Full HD + resolution is what is expected of the new Xiaomi mobile, although nothing is assured yet.
Regarding the price and availability of the Redmi X, again few are the data we have about it. Taking into account that it is a mobile belonging to the Redmi series, it is most likely that its price will not exceed 400 or 450 euros in Spain, if it finally arrives in Europe (at least officially). Of course, it will come with MIUI in its latest version: no pure Android under the Android One program. We will have to wait until the presentation on February 15 to confirm all these data.
