The Redmi Note 7 forms, along with the Redmi 7, Xiaomi's mid-range and lower-middle range. Both terminals cover a niche of users whose budget is around 100 and 160 euros. Now the company launches a new model that is assumed to be the evolution of the Redmi Note 7. We refer to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, a terminal that is located halfway between the Redmi Note 7 Pro. In fact, the differences compared to the latter are practically non-existent.

Same design and features as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S replicates the same design and the same characteristics as its namesake, with a body made of metal and glass with the same dimensions as the Redmi Note 7 and a 6.3-inch IPS screen with Full HD + resolution, which a lack of official confirmation from Xiaomi, it is the same panel as the Note 7.

In what has to do with the characteristics of the Redmi Note 7S, it is accompanied by a Snapdragon 660 processor along with 3 and 4 GB of RAM and 32 and 64 GB of internal storage. The latter is expandable by micro SD cards up to 256 GB.

As for the rest of the features, the terminal consists of a 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging through the Quick Charge 4.0 standard along with a string of connections that includes Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, dual-band WiFi and USB type C 2.0.

Same cameras? than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

The one that is assumed is the main change with respect to the Redmi Note 7 has not yet been revealed by the Chinese company. We refer to the main camera, which, according to the latest rumors, could be based on the well-known Sony IMX586 with 48 megapixels and focal aperture f.1.7. In case of having the same sensor as the Redmi Note 7, we would be facing the Samsung S5KGM1 with 48 megapixels and focal aperture f / 1.8.

For the rest, the Redmi Note 7S is accompanied by the same cameras as its counterpart. A 5 megapixel sensor and f / 2.4 focal aperture for portrait mode functions and a 13 megapixel front sensor and f / 2.2 aperture.

Price and availability of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S

As is usual in most brands, the availability and price of the terminal have not yet been revealed in Spain.

At the moment, it is unknown if it will end up reaching Europe, so we will have to wait for Xiaomi to officially confirm its launch.
