At first glance, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a simple phone, built in 2.5D glass, also on the back, with hardly the presence of frames on both sides of the panel. Its edges are rounded, adjusting to the grip and its very discreet back, which does not lack a fingerprint reader. Although we are already seeing terminals with a small perforation on the screen to avoid the notch, the company has decided to include a small notch in the form of a drop of water, so for now it has not succumbed to this trend. At the screen level, the Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3-inch screen with a resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 pixels. The quality is not bad. It offers 450 nits brightness, 84% NTSC color coverage, and 1,500: 1 contrast.
Inside the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 there is room for a Snapdragon 660 processor, a SoC that reaches 2 GHz and that will be accompanied by 3, 4 or 6 GB of RAM, and 32 or 64 GB for storage. As for the photographic section, the device boasts a 48-megapixel rear sensor, with 0.8 picometers pixels and an f / 1.6 aperture, which is accompanied by a second 5-megapixel sensor. This is a setup that we have already seen from other rival teams, so it is nothing new.
On the front, the Redmi Note 7 has a 13 megapixel sensor for selfies. It should be noted that all the photographic equipment (main and secondary) is supported by artificial intelligence that other Xiaomi phones have previously shown.
