Within the low range we find the Redmi and Redmi A series, with models such as the Redmi 7 and the Redmi 7A. Now what is supposed to be the renewal of the Redmi 7A is filtered. We are talking about the Xiaomi Redmi 8A, the cheapest terminal of the company that will arrive on the market in a few weeks together with the Redmi Note 8 in its international version.

The launch of the Redmi 8A is imminent. This is confirmed by the various rumors surrounding Xiaomi's cheapest model. The latest leak, in fact, lets us see what the phone will look like in terms of design.
As we can see in the images, the terminal would renew much of the appearance of the Redmi 7A by integrating a notch in the shape of a drop of water in the upper margin and reducing the size of the frames. If we move to the rear, the differences are practically negligible, beyond the situation of the camera sensor, which now happens to be located in the middle of the set.
As for the rest of the features, the latest leaks ensure that the Redmi 8A will have a 6.2-inch screen, predictably in 18: 9 format and HD + resolution. Inside, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal storage and a processor signed by Qualcomm; specifically the Snapdragon 439. However, the launch of a version with 3 and 32 GB of RAM and storage is not ruled out, as we have already seen in previous iterations of the phone. But if there is something to highlight about the terminal compared to its predecessor, that is its battery.
According to the latest rumors, the terminal would use a battery of no less than 5,000 mAh. This leads us to suppose that it will be accompanied by a fast charging system to shorten charging times. Taking into account the type of processor, it is most likely that we find 10 or even 18 W of maximum power. We will have to wait, therefore, for new leaks or the presentation of the phone to confirm all its characteristics.
