Xiaomi has just announced the Redmi 3S, a low-cost device with some pretty cool features. For starters, the Redmi 3S has a fingerprint reader on its rear. Another of its great advantages is its 4,100 mAh battery compatible with fast charging, which given its features promises great autonomy. The new model also has 5 inch HD, processor Snapdragon 430, main chamber 13 megapixel f / 2.0, in addition to ability to insert two SIM cards and system Android 5.0 Lollipop under layer Xiaomi MIUI 7. It will put on sale in China next June 16 for a price starting at 100 euros.
In the low-cost telephony sector, Xiaomi is one of the most demanded brand. The Asian firm launches terminals with quite cutting-edge features at really attractive prices. The last one that has just been announced has been baptized as Redmi 3S and will arrive in two versions, depending on its storage capacity and RAM. Regarding the design, the Redmi 3S is made of plastic, although with a metallic appearance.Thus, we find an elegant device, which apparently gives the feeling of being quite thin and light. One of its main features is on the back, as it has a fingerprint reader to make payments or increase security.
The screen of the new Xiaomi Redmi 3S has a size of 5 inches and an HD resolution of 720p. Inside there is room for an eight-core Snapdragon 430 processor that replaces the standard version Snapdragon 616. It is, therefore, a chip that will offer you a medium performance. As we said earlier, the Redmi 3S will be available in two different versions. One of them with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The other will be available with a 3GB RAM and 32GB data and file storage capacity. Both can be expanded without problem through the use of MicroSD type cards of up to 128 GB.
Regarding the photographic section, the new Redmi 3S equips a 13 megapixel main sensor with f / 2.0 aperture, HDR, PDAF and Full HD video recording. On the front we find a 5 megapixel sensor, perfect for selfies and video conferences. But if there is something in which the Redmi 3S stands out greatly, in addition to having a fingerprint reader, it is in its battery. The device has a 4,100 mAh capacity, with support for fast charging. This means that, given the capabilities of this terminal, we will have autonomy for a whole day. It should also be mentioned that it is compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 4G LTE and dual SIM. In addition, it will be governed by Android 5.0 Lollipopunder the MIUI 7 layer . The new Xiaomi Redmi 3S will go on sale in China from June 16 at a price of 95 euros for the cheapest version and 120 euros for the one that offers more RAM and more capacity.
