Xiaomi prepares a special edition of the xiaomi mi 5x

The Chinese brand Xiaomi has just announced its new mobile Xiaomi Mi 5X Special Edition, in red, and that it will be available from November 1. With this release, there are already a total of four variations for the Mi 5X: black, red, gold and rose gold.

On November 1, the new Xiaomi phone will be available. Surprisingly, the special edition of the Mi 5X does not introduce any novelty in its technical specifications: the only special attraction is the color red.

In addition, the smartphone maintains the same price as the previous versions in other colors: 1500 Chinese yuan, which is about 192 euros in exchange.

The design combines red on the back cover and on the sides in contrast to the front in black.

Features of the Xiaomi Mi 5X Special Edition

As we have mentioned, the technical and design specifications are the same as on the standard Xiaomi Mi 5X. The only thing that varies is the color.

The Xiaomi Mi 5X has a 5.5-inch touch screen and Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.

Undoubtedly the star feature of the phone is its 12 + 5 megapixel dual camera, especially fast in taking pictures and with good sharpness results. This main camera can record video in 4K quality.

For its part, the front camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels and can record video in Full HD resolution.

The Xiaomi Mi 5X is a DualSIM phone (with support for two nanoSIM cards) and comes standard with Android 7 and the MIUI 9 customization layer.

As for the battery, it is 3080 mAh, not removable. The fingerprint sensor is located on the back of the phone.

The Xiaomi Mi 5X Special Edition (red color) will be available in China from November 1 for about 192 euros at the exchange. It can also be obtained through online stores such as Aliexpress.
