Taking into account that we have been talking about rumors about the Xiaomi Mi 5 for many months, everything makes us think that this presentation will serve to introduce the new Xiaomi flagship to the market. Of course, if that is the purpose of this presentation, we can forget to see the Snapdragon 820 processor incorporated in the new Xiaomi Mi 5.
It turns out that, this year, Xiaomi has encountered a problem in the manufacture of its flagship: as much as the Mi 5 is ready to go on the market, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor that was planned to incorporate this mobile will not be ready until practically the last days of the year, which prevents Xiaomi from launching its mobile before that date. In principle, everything indicates that the new Mi 5 will incorporate a MediaTek MT6797 Helio X20 processor, a ten-core processor that, curiously, could also be incorporated into the next Meizu flagship.
