Xiaomi has launched a new version of its Xiaomi Mi Note 2 model, announced last October. The company has now included more RAM and greater internal storage capacity. In addition, as a launch promotion, the Asian is going to put it on sale at a really attractive price, of just over 300 euros to change. The new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 retains the same technical features of its predecessor, with the exception, as we say, of the RAM and internal space. The new model now offers 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
At the design level, we again find a phone that is curved on both sides. With a chassis in which metal is combined with glass on the front. The screen is 5.7 inches with OLED technology. Despite its large dimensions, the Asian firm has managed to control the overall size of the phone, with a body-to-screen ratio of 77.2 percent. Inside the new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 there is room again for a Snapdragon 821 processor, a chip present in some of the current high-end ranges, such as in the LG G6.
More RAM and storage
The new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 now arrives with a 6 GB RAM and a storage capacity of 128 GB. This is an obvious change, since its predecessor landed on the market with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of space. In any case, it is possible to expand it by using microSD-type cards. Regarding the photographic section, it still includes a Sony IMX318 sensor with a resolution of 22.56 megapixels and an f / 2.0 aperture. Additionally, the camera incorporates a dual-tone flash and phase detection hybrid focus system. To all this we must add optical image stabilization and the ability to record videos in 4K.
As for the rest of the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 with 6 GB of RAM equips a 4,070 mAh battery and is governed by Android 7.1. One of its great attractions is, without a doubt, the price. Xiaomi will put it on sale as a promotion for the launch for just over 300 euros to change. Without a doubt, a great figure for a mid-high range phablet.
