The Redmi Note 9 range has not arrived alone. The Chinese company has also announced a Mi Note 10 Lite, a cheaper version of the Mi Note 10. This new mid-range mobile includes a quadruple 64-megapixel main camera, an eight-core Qualcomm processor and a large battery.
There are no major changes compared to the normal version, so the price difference is not so great. E l My Note 10 costs about 500 euros, and this was put on sale at a price of 350 euros.
In terms of screen, there are no major changes compared to the older brother. The 6.47-inch AMOELD panel with Full HD + resolution remains. Also the double lateral curvature, something that surprises, since this type of characteristics are eliminated in the 'Lite' versions to make the model more economical. In the processor we do not see big changes either. It includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, accompanied by up to 8 GB of RAM and an internal memory of 128 GB. All this with a 5260 mAh battery. According to the company itself, we can get up to two days of continuous autonomy with a single charge.

Quadruple camera up to 64 megapixels
Where we do see differences with respect to the Mi Note 10 is in the photographic section. We went from a 108 megapixel primary sensor to a 64 megapixel lens. It is followed by a second ultra-wide-angle camera with 8 Mpx resolution, as well as two other sensors dedicated to macro photography (short distance) and depth of field (portrait) with 5 and 2 megapixels respectively.
The camera also allows us to record videos in 4K resolution. The front lens goes up to 32 megapixels. In this aspect it does not change either, and it is the same sensor as the Mi Note 10.
A premium design
As for the physical aspect, there are no great news either. The panoramic front is maintained, with hardly any frames and with a notch in the upper area, where the camera for selfies is housed. The Mi Note 10 Lite has aluminum frames, and these have a flat finish on the top and bottom. Here the USB C is kept, and a 3.5mm headphone jack is added. The back is made of glass. Also with a double curvature to get a better grip. The camera module changes slightly. All the lenses are in a rectangle, along with two LED flashes.
There is no fingerprint reader on the rear, as it is located on the front. Specifically, below the screen.
Price and availability
As I have said, the Redmi Note 10 Lite will go on sale at a price of 350 euros. This price will be for the version with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The most powerful variant, with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory, will cost 400 euros.
It is a very interesting alternative for those users who want a powerful mobile phone with a good screen, but who prefer to sacrifice in the photographic section to achieve a reduction in price. We will have to wait to know when it can be purchased in Spain. Everything indicates that during the month of May, but there is still no specific date.
