The Spanish manufacturer Wolder has presented a new mobile phone aimed entirely at the elderly and people with difficulties in dealing with new technologies. It is the Wolder mismart XENIOR, a mobile that incorporates a 4.5-inch screen and a design that goes perfectly unnoticed among modern smartphones. Even so, it is a mobile that incorporates certain differences compared to conventional phones, so we are going to take a closer look to know all its characteristics.
The first thing to know is that the Wolder mismart XENIOR incorporates an emergency button located at the rear of the terminal (on the housing). If the user presses this button for several seconds, the phone will automatically send a message with the exact location of the mobile to the contacts that have been previously specified. In addition, the button can also be configured so that the mobile makes a call to a specific contact.
As for the technical specifications of the Wolder mismart XENIOR, the first thing to note is that this is a mobile whose screen 4.5 - inch offers a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The phone has dimensions of 137 x 68 x 11.6 mm and a weight of 146 grams (including battery). The design of this mobile shares many characteristics with the mid-range smartphones of the competition, although we can find small differences such as slightly larger touch buttons than usual or a housing that at first glance seems to be slightly reinforced to better resist the bumps and small falls.
If we take a look inside we will see that the built-in processor as standard is two-core and operates at a clock speed of 1.3 GHz. This processor is also accompanied by a RAM memory with 512 MegaBytes of capacity and an internal storage that offers a space of 4 GigaBytes (expandable up to 32 GigaBytes by means of an external microSD memory card). The operating system installed as standard is Android in its version of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. If we compare these data with the rest of the low-mid-range mobiles, we will see that these are standard characteristics in this sector of mobile telephony.
The Wolder mismart XENIOR also incorporates two cameras. At the rear we have a main camera sensor brings eight megapixels, while the front we find a camera whose sensor is two megapixels.
The autonomy of this mobile phone is around 10 hours of use, and at the moment that is the only data we know in relation to the battery of this terminal since Wolder has not provided the information regarding the capacity of the battery.
The Wolder mismart XENIOR can now be purchased in stores for a price of 130 euros.
