The Spanish company Wolder has presented a new line of two smartphones that add to the current miSmart range. These are the Wolder miSmart WAVE4 and the Wolder miSmart WAVE8. The first one incorporates a quad- core processor, while the second - the WAVE8 - comes with an eight-core processor. This time we are going to learn more about the Wolder miSmart WAVE8, which will arrive in Spanish stores in the coming weeks with a starting price set at 200 euros.
The Wolder miSmart WAVE8 is geared towards users who need a powerful smartphone at a reasonable price. This is a mobile of a medium size (143 x 68 x 7.5 mm and 141 g weight) in which the reduced thickness of the terminal, set out in 7.5 mm. The WAVE8 incorporates a screen IPS of five inches to reach a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels.
But it is in the performance aspect where the Wolder miSmart WAVE8 can show off its technical specifications. The processor housed inside this mobile is eight-core (exact model to be determined) and reaches a clock speed of 1.7 GHz. The capacity of the RAM memory is 1 GigaByte, while the internal storage space reaches 16 GigaBytes (which translates into about 12 or 14 GigaBytes of usable space) which, in addition, can be expanded using an external memory card microSD. The operating system that comes standard with the WAVE8 corresponds to Androidin one of its most recent versions, Android 4.4 KitKat.
Regarding the multimedia aspect, the Wolder miSmart WAVE8 can boast of incorporating a main camera with a sensor designed by the Japanese company Sony. This sensor is 13 megapixels and is accompanied by a Flash LED. The secondary camera located on the front of the phone houses a sensor five megapixel offering quality more than enough for lovers of self-profile pictures.
The 2,000 mAh battery that incorporates the Wolder miSmart WAVE8 offer a range that can reach 10 hours talk time, so it is a skill that should not have major problems to offer a day of use without using the charger to after more than five or six hours of screen. All these features are complemented by a Dual-SIM slot (compatible with two cards with 3G connectivity) and with Dobly sound technology, which is aimed at offering clean, clear and defined sound through the speaker of this terminal.
The Wolder miSmart WAVE8 can be purchased in the coming weeks in stores in Spain for a price of 200 euros.
