The weimei brand launches this August weimei Force, a DualSIM smartphone at a competitive price (160 euros) with a 5-inch screen, a quad-core processor and a 2400 mAh battery. It works with a user interface based on Android 6.0 and, as a novelty, it introduces a 2.5D-type screen, which gives it a more attractive design effect and makes the touch operation more pleasant.
Technical characteristics of the weimei Force
The weimei Force is a smartphone with a 5-inch IPS touch screen and HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels). The terminal weighs 142.6 grams and measures 145.3 mm long x 70.5 mm wide x 8.5 mm thick, and is available in the colors gray and gold.
Regarding the operation and performance of the terminal, it should be mentioned that the weimei Force is equipped with a quad-core processor, Quadcore ARM Cortex A53, at 1.5 GHz, and uses Mali-T720 GPU. The operating system used is weOS, built as a layer on Android 6.0.
The phone has 16 GB of internal storage (expandable with an external microSD card of up to 128 GB) and 3 GB of RAM, in addition to a battery that promises a more than reasonable autonomy considering the characteristics of the terminal: 2400 mAh.
The smartphone is DualSIM and works with 2G, 3G HSPA +, 4G TDD-LTE and 4G FDD-LTE networks. In addition, it has a WiFi antenna and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity
13 megapixel main camera and FM radio
As for the cameras, it is worth mentioning the interesting resolution of the back, as is 13 megapixel and records video in HD quality (720p). The secondary (front) camera is 5 megapixels, and both the main and front cameras have automatic face detection.
On the other hand, the weimei Force smartphone has GPS, accelerometer, eCompass and brightness and proximity sensors. It also incorporates a microUSB port and is compatible with the OTG system.
One of the most interesting details, and one that many users appreciate (especially since it is disappearing little by little in many brands) is the built-in FM radio.
The weimei Force phone is capable of working with MP4, MOV, 3GP, MKV, MPEG, AVI and FLV video formats, FLAC, AAC, OGG, AMR, M4A, MIDI, APE and MKA audio formats, and with BMP, GIF, JPEG and PNG image files.
To reproduce the sound, the smartphone incorporates Professional Bass Speakers with DTS sound, and also has a 3.5 mm audio connector (miniJack) for the use of headphones.

The weimei brand has proposed to maintain the aesthetics of its wePlus terminal, but modifying the screen size to return to 5 inches, dimensions that most users prefer.
Availability, prices and offers
The weimei brand has signed an agreement with Northweek and will give away Northweek glasses during the month of August for the purchase of the weimei Force or the weimei wePlus.
From August 2 to 14, the weimei Force smartphone will be available only through Amazon, and from August 16 it will be available on the weimei website and other technology distributors, at a price of 160 euros. The available colors are gray and gold.
