The Vodafone company has just presented a trio of smartphones, designed for different ranges. Among them is the Vodafone Smart N8, the highest-end. But we also have the Vodafone Smart E8, which is a device within the reach of all pockets.
Although it is not a very high-end terminal, it has a correct technical sheet and also has a price that is below 100 euros. It is, therefore, a device that we would recommend to users who want to enter the world of smart telephony for the first time. Or that they simply don't want to spend a fortune on their next smartphone.
It is equipped with a 5-inch screen and inside, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor integrated. And it combines its potential with 1 GB of RAM.
This will give us a correct performance, but do not expect great things. It would be convenient not to overload the computer with content and applications that we are not going to use.
It includes a camera of 5 megapixel and one front, fairer, 2 megapixel. We can take selfies, but the resulting quality will not be the most suitable.
Includes NFC and up to 8GB of internal storage. However, if you did not have enough (which is most likely), you can always expand the memory of the device with microSD cards of up to 128 GB.
It works through Android 7.1 Nougat (here is one of its main advantages) and has a built-in lithium-ion battery with 2,200 milliamps capacity. If we take into account the characteristics of the terminal, it is most likely that the device can offer us a range of at least one day at a good pace.
Vodafone Smart E8, prices
The Vodafone Smart E8 will go on sale with Vodafone, associated with its different rates. There is, however, the possibility of acquiring it free or prepaid for 83 euros. These will have to be paid in cash.
Another option is to associate this Vodafone Smart E8 with the Vodafone One S rate for 3 euros per month for two years and without the need to make any initial payment. This includes 50 Mb of fiber, calls to landlines and mobiles and 6 GB of Internet for mobile phones.
