The company has just made it official in a statement to the technology media. Through a new proposal, the operator has renewed its entire catalog of prepaid rates. In addition to simplifying the name, Vodafone has introduced several improvements that affect the number of gigs and minutes available. All for the same price as the rates it replaces. Let's see all its news.
Prepaid S, M and L, so are the new Vodafone rates
In an attempt to simplify the current tariff portfolio, Vodafone has launched three new plans to replace the current Vodafone Básica Mi País and Vodafone Traveler.
Continuing with the name of the rest of the operator's plans, the name of the new rates is Prepaid S, Prepaid M and Prepaid L. The biggest difference between the three rates lies in the number of mobile data and the number of minutes of calls to national and international destinations. Specifically, the portfolio announced by Vodafone is as follows:
- Prepaid S (currently Vodafone Basic): 6 GB of mobile data, unlimited calls to all Vodafone prepaid and 300 minutes of national and international calls to 56 destinations for 10 euros.
- Prepaid M (currently My Country): 12 GB of mobile data, unlimited minutes for national calls and 800 minutes for 56 international destinations for 15 euros.
- Prepaid L (current Vodafone Traveler): 25 GB of mobile data and unlimited national calls for 20 euros per month.
They will be available from May 6, that is, the day after tomorrow. Current customers of the company with Vodafone Básica, Mi País or Vodafone Traveler rates will benefit from the new rates without having to contract any type of additional plan, only through the renewal of the line, which is carried out every 28 days. The replacement will be made automatically on the same day that the renewal is confirmed.
As for the Vodafone Yuser and Mega Yuser prepaid rates, they will be distributed while stocks last. Current customers will be able to continue enjoying both active plans and will have an additional 5 and 10 GB per month upgrade. Both without increase in the final price as of May 6.
