Vivo is back in the news with two new all-screen mobiles. We are talking about the Vivo X20 and X20 Plus, which arrive to satisfy a demanding public with a desire for news. Of the two, the Vivo X20 is the standard model. It offers good finishes with a metallic chassis with a velvety touch. Its edges are slightly rounded and it stands out, above all, for incorporating a 6.01-inch panel (Full HD) with a ratio of 18: 9. The truth is that despite its size it will not be too big. The device is only 7.2 millimeters thick and weighs 159 grams.
At the rear, the Vivo X20 has a fingerprint reader located just above the company logo. The camera is double and is positioned horizontally. Vivo has achieved what many phone manufacturers dream of: a mid-high-end full-screen mobile with tight dimensions and really small frames. The company explained during the presentation of the terminal that both the Vivo X20 and the X20 Plus have been designed based on a 3D arc for greater ergonomics. Also, the U-shaped antenna (1.8 millimeters) fits perfectly on the phone due to the nano-injection molding process, a first in this field.
A photographic section at the height
Inside the Vivo X20 we are going to run into a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. It is an eight-core chip (4 to 2.2 GHz and 4 to 1.8 GHz), which is accompanied by an Adreno 512 GPU and 4 GB of RAM memory. The photographic section will not leave you indifferent. This model equips a dual main sensor with a resolution of 12 and 5 megapixels and an aperture of f / 1.8 with Autofocus and LED Flash. A 12-megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture has been mounted on the front that is not bad for selfies.
As for the rest of the features, the Vivo X20 also has Android 7.1.1, 64 GB storage (expandable) and a 3,245mAh battery with fast charge. It is also important to mention that face detection has been added to unlock the terminal. In addition, the fingerprint reader will not only allow authentication when starting the terminal or making payments, but also to operate the camera.
Price and availability
The Vivo X20 will be available in China soon exclusively in matte black, pink and gold. Its price will be about 390 euros to change.
