The next iPhone 6 from the American company Apple has already begun to star in the rumors that we will have to get used to throughout this year. The last of these rumors comes in the form of a leak, and through a photograph reveals the possible appearance that the iPhone 6 could have. It seems to be just a prototype, but this advance is enough to add even more fuel to the extra-official sources that indicate the possibility that the new iPhone includes a larger screen than what we can currently find in the iPhone 5S.
If we refer to exact figures, we will see that many sources agree that the screen of the new iPhone 6 will have a size of between 4.7 and 5 inches. Taking into account that the iPhone 5S screen offers a size of four inches, we would be facing a more than notable difference in size compared to both terminals.
On the other hand, and looking at the leaked photography on this occasion, we can see that this iPhone 6 prototype does not incorporate great novelties in its design. In fact, the only changes visible at first glance seem to reside in the position and shape of the buttons (the sound buttons would have a rectangular shape, while the screen lock button would be located on the right side terminal). In addition, everything seems to indicate that the home button of the iPhone 6 would continue to work under a digital fingerprint scanner.
The latest verified news that we know of in relation to the iPhone 6 allowed us to know that Apple had already started the manufacture of sapphire screens for this smartphone. And it is interesting that we remember that we are talking about sapphire screens, which are made of a material that is characterized by offering much greater resistance to scratches.
Regarding the specifications of the iPhone 6, at the moment not even the rumors have been able to offer a clear version in relation to the technical characteristics that we will find in this smartphone. The only thing that seems to be quite clear is that the screen will have a size according to the measures currently used among high-end mobiles in the mobile phone market. We must not forget that brands such as the South Korean Samsung or the Japanese Sony have already exceeded the five-inch barrier in their terminals (with the Samsung Galaxy S5 - 5.1 inches - and the Sony Xperia Z2 - 5.2 inches-, respectively).
Leaving aside the rumors, for the moment we have no choice but to arm ourselves with patience and wait for the official presentation of this terminal, which should be seen in mid- September of this year. Although there is no official confirmation in relation to this date, it is the data that has been extracted from Apple's antecedents regarding the presentation of new mobile phones in the iPhone range.
