Through DigiTimes we learned last week that, based on what was exposed by the sources of that digital medium, the iPhone 5 would not have the four-inch panel by which all bets bid. On the other hand, the screen of the new Applephone would remain in the same format that it has been presenting since 2007, leaving the door open (always according to unofficial data) at a minimum increase in the panel to 3.7 inches.
The latest that has been known in this regard comes, however, from the specifications reflected in the beta of the platform designed specifically for the next Applephone. Thus, in the trial version of iOS 5, one of the applications that would integrate the new system, called Photo Stream, would have been revealed, in which an icon appears that, if it represents the appearance that the latest edition of the iPhone would have, could be the reflection of some of the new technical characteristics of the Apple mobile.
Thus, the proportions of the screen would change, reaching a ratio of 3.7 inches diagonally, fulfilling the predictions of those who for months have been ensuring that the iPhone 5 would expand the screen above the format that it has been presenting since 2007.
In addition, another of the rumors handled in recent times about the appearance of the iPhone 5 would also have its reflection in the terminal icon used in Photo Stream. We are talking about the central start button, which for months has been considering a rectangular shape instead of a circular one (which is how we are used to seeing it).
The new primary key would have some added functions, although little is known about this at this time. The fact is that the aforementioned icon does show that rectangle shape in the icon of the unveiled application, although it may be a coincidence due to the pixelation of the drawing.
