Orange is today one of the most important operators in our country. In fact, it is the second leading fixed, mobile, Internet and television telephony operator in Spain. The company, of French origin, is legally known in our country as Orange Espagne SAU. It was founded in 2006, after the union of all the Spanish companies that belonged to France Télécom and that were under the same brand. Until then, it was the Internet and landline operator Wanadoo (formerly Uni2) and mobile phone operator Amena, bought by the French group in mid-2005.
Like other rival operators, Orange has different communication channels so that we can get in touch with the company. Either due to a technical problem, doubt, low line or new high. Sometimes it is difficult to find them, or to be clear about which one is better to call for according to what information. So that you do not get lost among all of them and make a mess looking for them, below we detail all the telephone numbers and customer service numbers of Orange depending on the issue you want to discuss with the operator. We advise you that if you are a client of the company or are going to be one, you save this page in your browser's favorites so that you always have it at hand when you need it.
Orange customer service number
If you have contracted any of the Orange services, that is to say you are already a user of the operator, to contact the customer service you will have to dial the free number 1470 from your mobile phone. Through this number you can solve doubts about ADSl, fiber, bills, prepayment, breakdowns or consumption. It is operational 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. If you are an Orange customer, but you want to call from the landline, you will have to dial the number 656 001 470.
Orange customer service number from another operator
In the event that you need to call Orange and you are from another operator, 1470 will be of no use to you. However, there is another toll-free number with which you will be successful in communication. It is 1414, which you can call from all over Spain during business hours. Another option, if you need to hire a company product, is to dial 983 375 630 from a landline or mobile phone (this number has a cost. It will be priced as a national call according to the conditions you have contracted with your operator). The operator also has the toll-free number 900 905 131 enabled .
Orange customer service number from abroad
If you need to make any questions to Orange customer service but you are outside of Spain, do not worry. Freelancers and SMEs can contact Orange through 1471 if they are already customers of the operator. From another operator you can call the telephone number that we previously provided at no cost: 1414 or the telephone number 900 900 247 or 900 26 31 11, which are also free. Another option is to enter this website and request that a salesperson contact you.
