In the event that we are not MásMóvil customers and we want to contact customer service to request information or contract a product, we can do so through the following telephone number:
- 900 696 000: free number for information and contracting of new products from any mobile phone. Calling hours are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 in the morning to 23:00 at night
