However, the company itself invited users to ask some company executives about the latest terminal, which has given so much to talk about since it was presented in Las Vegas, it has been known that Android 4.2 will also be available in a short time.
It is one of the most cutting-edge smartphones of the moment: Sony has been ahead and wants to gain an important niche in the market before the competition. Hence the Sony Xperia Z was launched. But to bring the terminal closer to users, the Japanese giant has put the public in contact with some marketing managers, who have answered different questions.
But perhaps, the one that has attracted the most attention has been the one that referred to the possible update to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. He wondered if the Sony Xperia Z would receive the relevant improvements and the answer was clear: “The Xperia Z will launch with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but it will receive Android 4.2 shortly after launch. On the other hand, those responsible for the company also commented that one of the most attractive functions of the team would be what is known as Sony STAMINA. This allows to extend the autonomy up to four times thanks to the fact that, every time the smartphone goes to sleep, all open applications will automatically close to save battery and, once it is turned on again, they will recharge themselves.
In addition, emphasis has also been placed on the robustness of the materials used for their manufacture: resistance to water "" can be submerged a meter deep for a maximum of 30 minutes "" and resistance to dust, it has also been commented that both the front as well as the back are made of tempered glass with a protective film that will prevent damage. Of course, the pre-reservation of the terminal in Spain is already open and some units will begin shipping on February 25.
Finally, from the company, in addition to having an impressive five-inch Full HD screen, the included photo camera also stands out: it will have a 13.1-megapixel sensor, with LED flash, and the ability to record Full HD videos and use the HDR (high dynamic range images) function, with which the best exposure of the capture will be obtained after mixing several photographs.
