A few weeks before the celebration of CES 2014, the giants of the mobile telephony sector have already confirmed their presence in the largest technology event in the world. Sony, Samsung, LG and Huawei will be just some of the heavyweights that will be seen at this technology fair. The CES 2014 is one of the most important technology beasts of the world, is held once a year and this time will take place in Las Vegas between days 7 and 10 January 2014.
As a general rule, companies take advantage of this event to present their latest high-end novelties in society. As of today, it has already been confirmed that the most important companies in the smartphone market will be seen around this time, as reported in the digital newspaper Softpedia.com. In addition to Sony, Samsung, LG and Huawei, other no less important companies such as Asus have already dropped that they will also be present at the CES 2014 event with quite juicy news.
And specifically, what are big companies expected to bring to this tech event? Sony should present new models of smartphones, specifically the new Sony Xperia Z1 Mini (the economic version of the Xperia Z1) among others. Samsung, for its part, will probably occupy all the covers of the news related to the event since it is expected to present a new terminal of the high-end Galaxy. The range of possibilities of the South Korean company is very wide; Will they present the new Galaxy S5 ? Will they unveil a new mid-range terminal?
Of LG is not expected less. The other South Korean company in the European market could surprise its fans with a new LG G3. This new smartphone would replace the current LG G2 model available in the Spanish market since August of this year.

The phablets appear to be one of the products of the year in 2014, as the trend of current smartphones is directly aimed at a screen with similar sizes to those of tablets.
For the rest, and in the absence of any last minute announcement, everything indicates that CES 2014 will be mainly focused on Android smartphones and tablets.
