After giving a twist to its mobile rates, Vodafone has just unveiled its new fiber offering. Now we can have double the gigs to equal the 100, 600 or 1 GB that were already being offered in Vodafone One.
The new fiber-only rates retain the current pricing structure, varying based on permanence, but now at twice the speed. In this way, they start at 100 MB for 31 euros, 43 euros for 600 MB fiber, or 56 euros to enjoy 1 GB symmetrical. Of course, these prices are only maintained after a two-year stay. Without permanence, you will have to pay a supplement of 9 euros per month with the same speeds.
Fiber with a permanence of 2 years:
- 100 MB: 31 euros
- 600 MB: 43 euros
- 1 GB: 56 euros
Fiber without permanence:
- 100 MB: 40 euros
- 600 MB: 52 euros
- 1 GB: 65 euros
In any case, if we compare the different modalities of mobile only, fiber + mobile (Vodafone One) or fiber only, in specific cases it is more profitable to contract fiber and mobile separately than the Vodafone One package. For example, when hiring for a On the other hand, the new rate of unlimited gigabytes at maximum speed and on the other fiber at 600 Mbps, the monthly price is 93 euros. The 600 MB fiber with Vodafone One costs 100 euros per month, which represents a saving of seven euros each month.
In all the options, the symmetric giga is cheaper if it is not contracted with Vodafone One, but in that case the Super WiFi router would not be included. Bearing this in mind, in the end Vodafone's fiber could end up badly damaged if users are seduced only by unlimited mobile data, and end up choosing another cheaper company for the fiber connection. We imagine that in the end the only thing that will benefit you is to continue maintaining individualized promotions to your different clients if they do not want to end up overshadowed by the competition, which is not small.
