Today, November 12, the Chinese brand has just presented its new HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear, sunglasses that are, at the same time, a smart device with built-in speakers. This new wearable has been created together with the Gentle Monster brand and they are, at the same time, a fashion product and a device with intelligent audio functions.

The new HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear glasses have a double semi-open speaker that offers clear sound specially designed so that it does not get lost in the environment, since it forms a directional beam transmitted directly to the user's ear. In this way sound leakage is reduced, allowing the wearer to enjoy stereo sound without disturbing other passers-by.

But what about the ambient noise that affects the wearer? For both brands have developed a noise reduction technology based on Artificial Intelligence, thus achieving " the linear reduction of beam noise from dual microphones at a distance of less than 5 mm from the rods ".

Voice assistant compatible

The HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear, in addition to being sunglasses, incorporate a double-touch voice assistant that makes it easy for the user to answer phone calls, control the music that is playing at that moment or even set alarms. It also includes several sensors that make it possible to stop the music when the user takes off the glasses and to resume them when they put them back on.

Thanks to HUAWEI EMUI 9.1 the assistant will always be connected, offering a personalized greeting to the user who puts them on. Those who already have the new EMUI 10.0 version on their mobile will receive voice reminders, in real time, so that they can enjoy a full integration experience between them and their terminal.

Dust and water resistant

We now talk about the design of these new HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear. They are made of a material resistant to water and dust, with IP67 certification. Some advanced functions of this device have been made possible thanks to the thin pins that also guarantee a great resistance.
