Huawei would be working on the renewal of the Huawei Mate 20 Lite to place it on the market sometime this year. In the last hours, in fact, the first characteristics of this new model have been filtered, which will become part of the company's mid-range catalog. According to rumors, the Huawei Mate 30 Lite would be powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 810 processor, unveiled just a few days ago.
This SoC arrives to compete directly with the most powerful processor for the Qualcomm mid-range: the Snapdragon 730. If this rumor is true , the Mate 30 Lite would not be the first terminal to include it, since the Huawei Nova 5 that we met very recently days count on him. It is an 8-core processor (2 Cortex A76 cores at 2.27 GHz and 6 Cortex A55 cores at 1.88 GHz), which is accompanied by a Mali G52 MP6 GPU, capable of offering superior performance of up to 15% with compared to the Snapdragon 730.
The Huawei Mate 30 Lite would also have a RAM of 6 or 8 GB and a storage capacity of 128 GB. At the design level, it is said that it could be a mobile screen, with almost no presence of frames and with a perforation in the panel to house the front camera (which would have a resolution of 24 megapixels). This main screen would have a size of 6.4 inches and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,310 pixels.
Regarding the photographic section, there is not much data, but rumors suggest that it would include three sensors on the back, arranged in the same square space in the style of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. For now, the resolution of these sensors is not known. Regarding the rest of the possible features, the new Huawei model could also house a 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging and Android 9 Pie system.
