Just a few weeks ago Android Authority filtered a good part of the specifications of the LG V40, and now a new image is leaking that confirms the characteristics seen in previous days.
The LG v40 could become the best high-end mobile of 2018
If LG is known for something, it is for presenting its phones by dropper. The LG G7 was the last high-end mobile presented by the brand during this year. Now it is the turn of the renewal of the V range, and the V40 will be the one that renews the legendary LG series.
As can be seen in the leaked image above, the LG V40 will have the same hardware seen in the rest of the high-end mobiles this year. In summary, we find a hardware based on a Snapdragon 845 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The screen is also at the height of the rest of the 2018 models, as it is based on a 6.4-inch panel with QuadHD + resolution and AMOLED technology. Of course, it will come with the much-criticized notch at the top of the screen, and it will have a slightly smaller battery than usual for the size of its screen. Specifically 3,300 mAh.
But without a doubt the aspect that most draws our attention to the device is the photographic section. Although not many details are given in the leaked image, it is known that it will come with three 16, 12 and 8 megapixel sensors. These sensors will be based on RGB, wide angle and telephoto technology, similar to what has already been seen in models such as the Huawei P20 Pro. This makes us suppose that the photography section of the LG mobile will be above even models such as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or S9 +. We will have to see the way in which LG has implemented such technology in its terminal to see if it is finally one of the best cameras of 2018, since aspects such as internal hardware or design will follow the line imposed by the rest of the brands.
