Just a couple of days ago, the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro were announced, two mid-range and high-end smartphones with surprising specifications, with a slide-out camera and a full screen. After these two mobiles were announced, we learned that the Pro model would reach other markets (including Spain) under the MI 9T. Now, and thanks to a leak of its box, we already know the specifications that this mobile will bring. Do they change with respect to the Redmi K20?
As we can see from the leaked images, the Xiaomi Mi 9T will look identical to the Redmi K20. We cannot see the design with total clarity, but we can see the main features revealed thanks to the screen protector. The Mi 9T will feature a 6.39-inch screen with a Full HD + resolution. It will include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, the same as the regular K20 (not the Pro model). In addition, with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage depending on the box. Its autonomy will be 4,000 mAh with fast charge and it will come with a 48 megapixel main camera, as well as a 20 megapixel front camera with a sliding system.
Possible price of the Xiaomi Mi 9T
The Xiaomi Mi 9T's camera will be triple, so we expect to see a wide-angle setting and a lens to measure depth of field. As for its price and availability, we know that it will arrive later, possibly during the month of June. Its price will start at 330 euros.
It seems that the Mi 9 will continue to be the flagship of the new Xiaomi family, since the processor of this device is less powerful. Although it is true that the new Redmi mobile has a Pro version with a Snapdragon 855 processor, it seems that this will not arrive in Spain. Therefore, the only way to get this smartphone is through import with a price that could be higher.
