Some rumors hold that the Samsung Galaxy S10 would arrive with a screen similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy A8s. That is, the new flagship of the South Korean would include a small hole in the panel to house the front sensor. In the last hours we have also learned new information about this camera, such as some of its main functions or possible resolution.
According to sources, the user could start the camera automatically even if the phone was locked, simply by sliding their finger from the shutter to the center of the device. In this way, it would be much easier and faster to take a selfie. For its part, this secondary sensor would have a resolution of 24 megapixels and aperture f / 2.0. To all this we must add that this front camera could have an LED ring surrounding it. What would your objective be? Basically, to let the user know when the camera is activated or when facial recognition is being used. In addition, it could also be used to keep track of the remaining battery percentage and if notifications or messages are received.
Samsung could unveil the Samsung Galaxy S10 next February at the doors of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The device would not arrive alone, it would do it hand in hand with two more versions: Plus and Lite. The standard version would incorporate a 6.1-inch Super AMOLED panel with a 2K resolution and a 19: 9 aspect ratio. Inside there would be room for an Exynos 9820 processor, accompanied by 6 GB of RAM, as well as a storage space of 128, 256 or 512 GB.
The terminal would also include a battery over 4,000 mAh (with fast and wireless charging) and would be governed by Android 9 Pie, the latest version of Google's mobile platform. There is also talk of the possibility of it being compatible with 5G networks in the future. It is very possible that the most basic Galaxy S10 (6 GB + 128 GB of space) starts from 890 euros to change. We expect its launch in March, weeks after the company announces it at the MWC in February.
