Samsung is scheduled to unveil the Galaxy M40 on June 11 in India. A few days after that day arrives, the company itself has already confirmed some of the terminal's characteristics, and others have been leaked in different media. In fact, in the last hours Mukul Sharma from AndroidUpdated has published new specifications on his Twitter account that would come to this new model.
The leak reveals that the next Samsung Galaxy M40 would feature a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED screen with a Full HD + resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels. This would result in a density of 409 ppi. At the design level, the terminal would have a leading front, almost without frames and with a perforation in the panel to house the front camera. The rear part would be quite simple, with the signature stamp presiding over the central part and a triple camera located in a vertical position.
Inside this Galaxy M40 there would be room for a Snapdragon 675 processor accompanied by 6 GB of LPDRR4C RAM. The internal storage capacity of the M40 would be 128 GB (expandable by microSD type cards). At the photographic level, this team would boast of a triple camera composed of a 32 megapixel main sensor. This would be followed by a second 5-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f / 2.2, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 123-degree angle of view and aperture of f / 2.2. For selfies we would have a 16 megapixel front camera.
As for the rest of the features, the Galaxy M40 is expected with a 3,500 mAh battery with fast charging. This model would also be governed by Android 9 Pie. There would be a regular connection section consisting of 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Likewise, it would have Dual SIM support and a fingerprint reader, which would be located on its back (just above the logo).
