Samsung would be starting to work on new models for the Galaxy A range. In fact, the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 would have already gone through an important performance test, revealing part of its characteristics. The device, with model number SM-A730x, would have a slightly higher technical profile than its predecessor. It would be powered by a 2.21 GHz octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM and Mali-G71 graphics. It should be remembered that the Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 has an eight-core chip as well, but running at a clock frequency of 1.9 GHz. Its RAM memory is 3 GB.
But it would not only improve in performance and power. The Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 could introduce design changes and offer a larger screen. Of course, apparently the resolution would continue to be maintained in Full HD. As indicated by the leaks, this new terminal would be equipped with a 32 GB native storage, expandable through the use of microSD memory cards. In this sense there would be no changes, although there could be surprises on the day of its official announcement.
Photographic section unchanged
According to the same leaks, the photographic section would remain intact. This is a good thing, since the Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 is one of the phones with the best front camera of the moment. We do not know if new modes would be added or the opening would be improved, this is something that we will only know on the day of its release. In the performance test the Galaxy A7 2018 has appeared with a main and secondary sensor of 16 megapixels. Exactly the same resolution as its predecessor. This same camera last year also offered Flash LED, video capture in FullHD or aperture f / 1.8, with phase detection focus or image stabilizer (OIS). There are also other basic add-on options, such as geotagging, face detection or touch focus.
Another of the leaked data is related to the operating system. According to what can be seen in the GFXBench list, the device would come standard with Android 7.1.1, not with Android 8. You might miss this decision, but it must be remembered that the Samsung Galaxy A of 2017 already arrived with an earlier version from the Google system. There is no other but to wait. There are still a few months left for its official announcement, so we could receive other extra official data to complete the puzzle.
