Will this new flagship of the Chinese brand be worth it?
Everything that is known about the Huawei Mate 30 Pro
Specifically, a specification sheet of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has been leaked from which we can extract the following information.
A large mobile with cutting-edge technology
The screen of this terminal could range between 6.6 inches and 6.8 inches with a Full HD + resolution of 1176 x 2400 pixels, so we would be dealing with a fairly large mobile, similar in size to the Samsung Galaxy A70. The panel has Amoled technology with highly curved edges inside which the fingerprint sensor can be found. Curiously, the speaker of the terminal would also be housed inside the screen. This screen will be compatible with a 60 Hz refresh rate. Biometrics have been renewed in this new Huawei Mate 30, with a new improved Face ID 2.0 facial unlocking, faster and safer, depending on the brand, and which can also be used, to detect heart and respiratory rates.
We now look inside the Huawei Mate 30. We will have, according to the leak, a HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G SoC processor, eight cores that, apparently, come to overthrow the hitherto king of processors, the Snapdragon 855. It will be accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and a version with up to 512 GB of storage so you never run out of space. In addition, we will also have a battery of no less than 4,500 mAh with compatible fast charging, in the electrical network, with 40W and wireless with 27W. The same spec sheet also claims to be compatible with 30W loads.
In relation to the operating system, we will have the new Android 10 pre-installed but without Google applications and with a custom EMUI 10 layer.
Seven cameras to bring out your best photographic side
And what about the cameras? We will have a quadruple photographic sensor in the back composed of a Sony IMX600 main lens with f / 1.6 aperture, a 40 megapixel secondary lens, a telephoto lens that will provide the mobile with a 3x optical zoom and a focal aperture of f / 2.4 and optical stabilizer and a fourth sensor that would not take images but would serve to measure the depth of space and thus offer an improved portrait mode. A xenon flash and a color temperature sensor will accompany this set of lenses.
As for the front camera, its narrow notch would house a triple camera composed of a 32-megapixel main sensor, a second ultra-wide-angle lens and, again, a depth sensor for portrait mode.
In the lower frame of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro we would find the mono speaker. It will have a power button and a slider for volume. It will support two nano SIM cards but will not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack connection.
