The Lumia family grows earlier than we expected. For weeks, there has been talk of a project that points to the existence of a possible Nokia Lumia 928. And in this sense, in recent days new evidence about this team would have been revealed.
It has been through the account Twitter of evleaks as we have known the first images of the Nokia Lumia 928, a terminal which technically would be a retouched version of the Nokia Lumia 920, keeping certain similarities design with the Nokia Lumia 720. It had been said that the Nokia Lumia 928 would debut the use of aluminum in the housing of the Lumia range, but it seems that in the end it will not be. On the contrary, polycarbonate will continue to be predominant, although softening the lines to make it more curved within the Nokia Lumia 9xx family .
At the moment, it seems that the Nokia Lumia 928 would be a terminal destined for the catalog of the North American operator AT&T, for which the Finnish firm would have included fourth-generation LTE connectivity. However, since it is not yet official, the possible export of this device to other markets should not be ruled out, as happened at the time with the Nokia Lumia 900.
In our country, however, there is still no support for this type of network, in the absence of the frequency bands currently occupied by DTT being released or Yoigo communicating the use of the 1,800 MHz frequency, as suggested by the CEO of the operator, Eduardo Taulet, during his appearance before the media during the past Mobile World Congress 2013. In spite of everything, until the beginning of next summer, there would be no confirmation about this play.
On the other hand, the Nokia Lumia 928 would integrate the PureView technology that we have already seen in the Nokia Lumia 920. With this, we would know that it would repeat with an 8.7 megapixel sensor mounted on Carl Zeiss optics, also anticipating the attractive image stabilizer that offers such good results during video recordings with high definition quality. However, in the camera section it seems that there would be a difference to take into account with respect to the model that serves as its predecessor. At least if we look at the filtered image.
We refer to the flash, which would not be dual, but monofocal. A small circle for this purpose would have been installed next to the camera, although this is accompanied by another addition that would recall the Xenon flash of the Nokia 808, a detail that seems very strange and that is difficult to determine until more data is available about.
Seen like this, it seems that this Nokia Lumia 928 would not be the rumored Nokia Catwalk, a terminal that would be built from an aluminum casing. Another of the phones that would be on the Finnish project sheet is the Nokia EOS, which would have as its main attraction the presence of the authentic PureView camera that at the moment we have only known in the aforementioned Nokia 808. We refer to a 41 megapixel sensor that allows a level of image magnification unheard of in the field of mobile telephony.
