The first image of the supposed successor to the Samsung Galaxy S2 has appeared. The one known as Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus has been shown by the well-known editor Eldar Murtazin of the Mobile Review portal. In the image you can see a completely renovated terminal, whose main characteristic is that the central button of the design disappears to give way to three touch-sensitive buttons or capacitive buttons.
But here is not everything. If the image is not false - and it is confirmed by Samsung itself - the screen of the supposed Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus shows that it would be presented at the next Mobile World Congress at the end of this month of February. More specifically for February 28 - the event starts the day before: February 27 and will run until March 1.
Eldar Murtazin is known to the world for his leaks before the teams are officially unveiled. And from his Twitter account he reported that he had a Samsung press image for Barcelona. The name of the terminal has not been given. But considering that it has been confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S3 has been ruled out of the event, the name of Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus remains on the table.
In addition, as it was learned, the successor to the company's flagship would equip a more powerful processor, reaching 1.5 GHz working frequency and using the new generation dual-core processor: the Samsung Exynos 4212. This also would lower energy consumption, which the user would notice an improvement in the autonomy of everyday life.
On the other hand, the well-known editor was asked, hours later and in his own Twitter account, if the image he showed he believed was false. The answer was immediate and Eldar Murtazin replied that it could be so. However, he has also commented that the image he has shown could be very close to the design that the new terminal of the Asian giant will have. Similarly, the mystery will be revealed in a few weeks.
