There are only three weeks left for the new Huawei P30s to be presented to the market and we already know a good part of the specifications of the three devices that will arrive with the new generation. Last week we already made a compilation of everything we know to date about the Huawei P30 Lite. This time it is his older brother who leaks; specifically, the Huawei P30 Pro. And it is that a few minutes ago, the design of the terminal and its curved screen, which will be accompanied by a notch in the shape of a drop of water, has been made known through an image.
The Huawei P30 Pro will not have a hardware face unlock
It seems that this year the telephone manufacturers have chosen to abolish their respective facial unlocking systems. We have seen it with the Xiaomi Mi 9 and now it is the Huawei P30 Pro that, thanks to some new images of the device, lets us see part of the design of its screen.
As can be seen in the images of the P30 Pro, the terminal will have the same lines as the Huawei Mate 20, although this time starting from a 6.5-inch panel with OLED technology and Full HD + resolution. A water drop type notch and very small frames both on the top and bottom of the terminal.
This would end up confirming the abolition of the hardware facial unlocking system that has been rumored for months in the P30 Pro. In this regard, Huawei could choose to integrate a software unlocking system and a fingerprint sensor immersed in the screen. It remains to be seen if it is an optical sensor like the OnePlus 6T or an ultrasonic sensor like the Samsung Galaxy S10.
Otherwise, there is little to highlight from the filtered images. The curvature of its panel was something that was already taken for granted after the presentation of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Huawei P30 Pro Features Leaked to Date
As for the specifications of the Huawei P30 Pro, it is known that the terminal will come with a Kirin 980 processor , 8 GB of RAM and storage versions that could start at 128 GB. A 5G version with up to 12 GB of RAM is not ruled out.
Regarding the rest of the features, it is expected that it will have up to four rear cameras with RGB sensors, wide angle, telephoto and ToF and a fast charge of 40W. We will have to wait until March 26 to find out.
