Huawei's sub-brand, Honor, is ready to receive the Honor 20i in its catalog. As the company has announced on its Weibo account, the device will be released on April 17, that is, in just a few days. The new terminal could be the same model as the Honor 10i, which was recently unveiled, with a notch in the shape of a water drop, triple main camera and a Kirin 710 processor along with 4 GB of RAM.
Judging by the rumors, the new Honor 20i would have a design without hardly any frames, in which there would be a notch in the shape of a drop of water to accommodate a 32 megapixel secondary camera. The panel would have a size of 6.21 inches, Full HD + resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9. Inside there would be room for a HiSilicon Kirin 710 12 nm processor with 4 Cortex-A73 cores working at 2.2 GHz and another 4 Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7 GHz. This SoC would be accompanied by 4 GB of RAM memory and 128 GB storage (expandable by using microSD type cards).
At the photographic level, the Honor 20i would have a triple main sensor of 24 MP (f / 1.8) + 8 MP (f / 2.4) + 2 MP (f / 2.4) on its rear. In this same space, it would share space with a fingerprint reader and the brand's seal presiding over the lower part. It should be noted that the front camera (32 megapixels) has a face unlock function and an advanced beauty system powered by AI to improve selfies.
As for the rest of the features, we must mention a 3,400 mAh battery and Android 9.0 Pie system along with the EMUI 9.0 customization layer. It is very possible that the Honor 20i is the same terminal as the Honor 10i, although this is its name only for China. In any case, the devices will soon be available in three colors to choose from with a gradient effect: blue, black and pink in a single configuration (4 GB of RAM + 128 GB of storage).
