After the presentation of the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom and the Oppo Reno, it seems that the Chinese company has decided to continue with expansion plans to other telephony ranges. This is demonstrated by the recently filtered Oppo Reno Z, a terminal whose characteristics place the device in the upper middle range. Its launch, according to the latest rumors, could be imminent, and the price could exceed the barrier of 350 euros.
Oppo Reno Z: same design as OnePlus 7 and Mediatek processor
It was a few minutes ago when the Oppo Reno Z was completely filtered, a terminal that little was known to date and whose characteristics make the device a mid-range terminal. As we can see on the Slashleaks website, the Reno Z will have a design practically traced to the OnePlus 6T and the next OnePlus 7. No sliding mechanisms or shark fins as in the case of the Reno and the Reno 10X Zoom.
In summary, the device will be accompanied by a 6.4-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and AMOLED technology and a Mediatek Helio P90 eight-core processor. Along with the latter we find 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage not expandable by micro SD cards of any kind.
And what about the cameras? Here Oppo seems to have replicated the Oppo Reno setup, with a 48- and 5-megapixel dual rear camera and a 32-megapixel front camera. For the rest, the terminal will come loaded with a 3,950 mAh battery and fast charging through Oppo's proprietary system, VOOC Charge 3.0.
Price as the main attraction for the mid-range
As for the price of Oppo Reno Z, the latest leaks reflect values that could start at 2,599 yuan, which to the euro translates to about 336 euros. Upon arrival in Spain, this same value could be increased to 379 euros, as we have seen in other terminals of the Chinese brand with similar values.
We will have to wait for the company to officially present the Oppo Reno Z to confirm all these data, although everything indicates that we will not see a device very different from what we have seen in the smartphone leaks.
