Although the Huawei P20 Lite has been on the market for some time, even its successor, the Huawei P30 Lite, has been available since March, the company plans to launch a new version for this year. The Huawei P20 Lite 2019 would be a terminal focused on the mid-range with improved features than its predecessor, such as a more protagonist screen (without notch), triple camera and a more powerful processor.
In the last hours some images of the device have appeared, which would allow us to know some of its main features. To begin with, the design would have improved, giving the panel greater prominence. This no longer includes a notch to house the front camera. Failing that, the screen would have been slightly perforated to include a 16 or 20 megapixel secondary sensor. Rumors agree that it would continue to maintain the same size as the 2018 model: 5.84 inches and Full HD + resolution.
Another of the great changes, which can also be seen in the filtered photos, would correspond to the photographic section. The Huawei P20 Lite 2019 would offer a triple main sensor of which data is not yet known. It must be remembered that the P20 Lite came with a 16 + 2 megapixel dual sensor. Also, in terms of performance, as expected this new version would improve. There is talk of a Kirin 710 processor, a very common chip in the company's mid-range, which would be accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity would be 64 or 128 GB (expandable by using microSD cards). For its part, it would also equip a 3,000 mAh capacity battery (with fast charge).
For now it is unknown when this terminal would be announced, although we think that it would not take too long to be known, probably in the coming months. What we do know is its possible price.
