According to Gizchina, the Hangzhou police were able to disrupt a criminal gang operating in a clandestine workshop by trading fake Huawei mobile phones.
This place functioned as a fake Huawei mobile device production factory with a level of organization that surprised the police officers. Apparently they used mobile phones of the brand that were broken or in disuse, they fixed and packed them as if they were new.

The factory was well organized with its command posts and production chain. Some “employees” were repairing the devices using Huawei mobile accessories, and others were operating a packaging machine - a job that ended up with fake brand-name equipment in the hands of thousands of users.
At the time of the raid, the police were able to seize some 600 fake phones. They have not reported more details, but if they had this level of organization we can assume that they have been following this pace of work for some time. Although his merchandise was sold only in China, the profit level amounts to thousands of dollars.
This is not an isolated case in China, as the sale of counterfeit products has skyrocketed in recent years. The discovery of this clandestine workshop was accidental so they have all the precautions to go unnoticed by the authorities. And it is a situation that is replicated in many countries, with different brands and products.
So it is always advisable to buy in official stores or authorized by brands. And although some may find it tempting to buy a mobile at a considerably lower price, they should not forget that its origin is illegal.
