Samsung is developing a new Galaxy C series of its smartphones, this is how it has been known weeks ago that the Galaxy C5 and C7 will be the first terminals to see the light. After many leaks about specifications and others, it is now known that they will be launched first in China from next May 26. It remains to be seen if this will be extended to other countries.
One of them will be 5.7 inches by 5.2 of the other, both will have a Snapdragon 617 processor accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. If we talk about prices, they would be around 220 euros and 250 euros respectively.
Two terminals with similar features
When Samsung presents its two new terminals, all the ins and outs of its Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 will be known. The latter will be 5.2 inches while the second will have a 5.5-inch display, both high definition.
There is not much more data yet, but the Samsung Galaxy C5 would arrive with a 5.2-inch high definition screen (1920í — 1080 pixels), a Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) with an Adreno 405 GPU and 4GB of RAM, plus 64GB of internal storage. As for the cameras, the rear would be 16 megapixels for an 8 megapixel front. The operating system would be Android 6.0.1, in addition to a range of 2,600 mAh.
So far, few changes would have the C7 with respect to the C5. This phone would be 5.5 inches (1920í — 1080 pixels) Full HD and the same processor as the other model, the Snapdragon 617, although in terms of storage it would be only 32 GB, keeping the 4 GB of RAM. The camera would also be 16 megapixels on the back and about 8 on the front, but the change would be in the battery. This terminal would ride 3,000 mAh which would give more hours of battery life.
Although it seems that Samsung will launch these two terminals in China, something that will be announced on May 26, at the change its price would be 220 euros and 250 euros respectively. At the moment it is unknown if Samsung plans to launch its C series in other markets.
Features of the Galaxy C7 and Galaxy C5
In the absence of official confirmation, these could be the characteristics of the two terminals that for the moment will go on sale in China, although they could decide to expand the areas and reach Europe.
The two phones arrive with the Marshmallow version of Android, and while we wait for their release next week, everything indicates that the characteristics will be the ones that have been leaked:
