The tests carried out with an application to measure the 3D performance of Android mobiles have uncovered what could be a new version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, the latest official Google mobile. The results have been recorded on the application page - NenaMark - and a new graphics chip has been unveiled as well as a processor with a working frequency of 1.3 GHz.
Last October 2011, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was presented at dawn. An advanced mobile that the Korean company presented to the public showing the latest version of Google's operating system: Android 4.0. A few months later, performance measurements have been recorded with extraordinary results. And it is that on the NenaMark page appears the result of a Samsung Galaxy Nexus with an unconventional result.
In addition, if you pay attention, you can see that the graphics chip has nothing to do with the one that originally installed the powerful Samsung smartphone. It is the new PowerVR SGX544 chip, which should be accompanied by the TI OMAP 4470 processor with a working frequency of 1.8 GHz.
However, although the graph shown shows a frequency of 1.3 GHz, it should be remembered that the two processors -both the one carried by Samsung Galaxy Nexus and that of the possible new model- can operate at a maximum of 1.5 GHz as at 1.8 GHz, respectively.
There are already some specialized media, such as TechRadar , which point they are evidence of a new version of the latest phone from Google that could equip LTE connection and go destined to a specific operator -Sprint could be one of them. Anyway, the results have been uploaded to the application database anonymously and these could be a totally manipulated performance.
