Several patents for a supposed Samsung phone with a flexible screen have been filed in the last few hours. Lets Go Digital, the medium that has released the news, has published several images of what is supposed to be the second generation of the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
As we can see in the photographs published by the aforementioned medium, the terminal would bear a certain resemblance to the Huawei Mate X by having a single panel and up to three different positions. The difference with respect to the latter is that the mechanism integrated into the screen would allow the panel to be folded down in such a way that we could turn the device into a smaller tablet and even a phone with somewhat more contained dimensions, possibly 6 inches compared to the ones. 8 on the smaller tablet and 13 on the unfolded phone.
And it is that although the size of the two folding formats is not specified in the original patent, it is expected that Samsung integrates two different sizes to make use of the terminal as a traditional smartphone and as a tablet smaller than that of the deployed device.
