The trend for gradient colors has only just begun. Huawei debuted the Twilight on the Huawei P20 Pro, a color for the back of the terminal that started with purple and blue tones up to black. Manufacturers have joined this trend and the South Korean company was not going to be less. Samsung has already launched some gradient colors in the new Galaxy A family, such as the Galaxy A9. Now, he bequeaths an edition for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 + in this color.
The color is called Ice Blue and it ranges from a white hue at the bottom to a bluish hue at the top. By having a glass on the back, it forms a glossy finish. The interesting thing is that the side frames, which are made of aluminum, also have this finish and it is combined with a black front. Since the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 + have minimal bezels, black brings an all-screen feel.
Same sale price
Of course, the specifications of both models do not change. In the Galaxy S9 we still have the same design, camera, screen size, storage and RAM. The same happens with the plus model, which has a larger screen and a dual main camera. Of course, the price of these colors remain as the output for the current models. Therefore, the Galaxy S9 in ice blue color would cost about 850 euros, while the Plus model would go up to 950 euros. These two new colors have been released in China today, but it is likely that they will be released in other markets later.
It is not the first time that Samsung has released a color variant after its launch. In the middle of the year, the company presented a golden edition that can now be purchased in Spain. Currently, the color palette of the Galaxy S9 is blue, gold, black and purple.
