Samsung has just made a new version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus official for Europe. The two devices will be marketed in the old continent in pink, thus adding to those that were already available. The terminals were already sold in black, gray, coral blue and silver, so this new tone will bring more joy to the list. The new Galaxy S8 and S8 + can be purchased in pink from October with official prices of 800 euros and 900 euros respectively.
New color, same specifications
Naturally, the pink hue will only be visible on the back and sides of the devices. The front will remain intact. Black as always to make the Infinity Display panel stand out. As far as materials and specifications are concerned, they will remain the same as always. The new Galaxy S8 and S8 + in pink will also have a chassis in which metal and glass are combined. The displays will remain 5.8 inches and 6.2 inches, respectively.
Inside the terminals there will once again be room for an Exynos 8895 processor, an eight-core chip (4 at 2.3 GHz and 4 at 1.7 GHz) accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity will again be 64 and 128 GB (expandable via microSD). The new Galaxy S8 in pink will also arrive with a 12 megapixel main sensor with f / 1.7 aperture, LED flash. The front sensor will be 8 megapixels with f / 1.7 aperture and LED flash.
Logically, there will be no changes to the operating system, battery or connections. The new pink Samsung Galaxy S8 will be governed by Android 7 and will feature 3,000 and 3,500 mAh batteries with fast charging and wireless charging. They will also have a wide range of connectivity options: Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB type C, NFC, 4G, WiFi and LTE. There will be no lack of Bixby assistant, a fingerprint reader, facial recognition or IP68 certification. You already know that if you want to get a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8 + in this pink color, you will have to wait for October. For now we do not know if some operators will include it in their options. We will inform you as soon as we have news.
