Samsung's new flagship, Samsung Galaxy S4, is receiving an update to its operating system in which new functions are added. At the moment, the model that is receiving the new version is the model sold in Spain, Samsung GT-i9505, which has a quad-core processor from the Snapdragon company. Even so, the first country that is already receiving it is Germany, although it will reach all the countries "" where Spain is included "" in the coming weeks.
Samsung improves the performance of its Samsung Galaxy S4 with an update to its operating system, although the Android version will remain the same: it equips the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with the new Samsung TouchWiz 2.0 user interface in which many new functions including the possibility of operating the terminal without having to touch the touch screen.
With the improvement that is being released in the market "" in Germany at first "" it will be possible to move the applications to the memory card, being able to achieve much more free space in the internal memory. Of course, stability in operation has not been neglected either and improvements are added that make the Samsung Galaxy S4 more stable on a day-to-day basis.
Meanwhile, another feature that will be received with this update is the ability to record videos in HDR. What does this mean? Achieve a more balanced image in terms of light and dark areas of the scene. That is to say: get a sharper image than usual. And all this without losing the naturalness of movement that will continue to be 30 images per second.
On the other hand, Samsung also bets on a new firmware for the camera, as well as a semi-transparent notification bar, where new buttons have been added to activate or deactivate new smart functions such as Smart Pause . What did this function do? Know at all times if the user was in front of the screen or not to automatically pause video playback. That is, one of the new functions in which it was possible to manage the terminal without touching the screen.
